The Godfather, Part II (1974, R)
My favourite character ever, my favourite story ever, the best ending I have seen, and undoubtely the best sequel ever made. It stands alone as a terrific film while thriving and improving the first film. Yes it may be long, but nothing in that film deserves to be cut and in the end, ever second was worth it. Michael Corleone, as portrayed by Al Pacino, is the most ruthless, cold hearted business man you will ever witness. |

The Godfather (1972, R)
It has so much heart and speaks so loudly of family and commitment. But best of all, that family consists of criminals. Criminals who don't think they are; the mafia. The most realistic, ground-breaking look into organized crime, and the families who make it. A very interesting theme of personal vs. business. |
