Plot: Male nurse Greg Focker meets his girlfriend's parents before proposing, but her suspicious father is every date's worst nightmare.
An excellent comedy about every man's worst nightmare: meeting his father-in-law. Ben and Bob have a hilarious relationship here. I love the pot scenario and Owen's cameo. So funny.
really funny at times and absolutely hilarious at other times. a great movie with some really cheeky humour.
I've seen it twice and I still can't understand how an incredible actor like De Niro could be convinced to star in this horrible movie...
I made it to the puff the magic dragon part and ejected the disc at a friends house. I was actually invited over to a house I've never been before. I was thoroughly convinced I stood up for humanity at that point in my life
Male nurse Greg Focker meets his girlfriend's parents before proposing, but her suspicious father is every date's worst nightmare.
It got me nervous more than it could make me laugh!

Good movie...
Greg Focker (Ben Stiller) is a male nurse, poised to propose to the woman he loves, Pam (Teri Polo) but the right thing to do would be to ask her father's permission first. During a weekend of getting to know them, he manages to make a strong impression; for all the wrong reasons. Her father (Robert De Niro) isn't quite what Greg has been led to believe, and right from the start he seems to have it in for his daughter's partner.
De Niro and Stiller play off each other brilliantly, and both of them give fine comic performances, with a surprising level of depth for comedy characters. This film is packed with slick gags, hilarious scenes and it has a really fun story; it's a comedy film that you don't want to miss.
I like it very much.
funny movie i laughed so hard through this movie untill i cryed and my stomach hurt and my sides aced.
So so so awkward... I cant help but cringe. I feel like Im getting in trouble with Robert De Niro. I liked the sequel more.
hilarious, the ultimate disaster and every mans worst nightmare presented in this visual chaos. Thouroghly enjoyed it Stiller and Di Nero are bloody brilliant
omg LOVEEEEEE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A "no brain" movie with very funny moments. Robert De Niro shows he can do decent comedies as well in this one. One I can watch more than once and still enjoy it.
I like this movie way more than I think I should. I've probably watched it at least half a dozen times, though I can't tell you why.
Hated both of these movies. It was slapstick, and it made me mad. I felt bad for him through the entire movie. Not funny.
I LOVE this movie simply because I can totally relate to Ben Stiller's character in that he just wants to get along with everyone, but everyone else is acting like 4 year olds. Luckily, this movie has an equally excellent ending.
This movie was pure genius. Couldn't believe how well Bobby pulled off this comedy role. He and Stiller have great chemistry.
Robert De Niro always pulls of good comedy performances and I love Ben Stiller - the bit on the airplane at the end is well worth watching the whole film in my opinion anyway because it is flippin' hilarious.
A cute must-see comedy. Not a big Ben Stiller fan, but he gets into some funny perdicaments in his films.
Meet The Parents is one of the best comedies of this decade. Every single time I watch it I laugh out loud numerous times. It's one funny joke after another, and it barely lets up.
I love this film, it made me laugh from the start to the end! The actors were great and whoever wrote the script they are talented, it was so funny!
One of the best comedies I had ever seen!
