MCT:November 22, 2008Superior slow-moving, meticulous, atmospheric ghost story, building the uneasiness right up through the surprising ending. Kidman is terrific in transferring her character's emotional state to the audience.

MCT:November 12, 2008this was boring, boring and more boring.Ending sucked too.Suppose to be base on the island of jersey but was filmed in spain which was a totally hash because i live in jersey.Anyway avoid it and watch the orphanage insted much better movie.

MCT:November 8, 2008A very spooky and chilling Thriller with some great acting from Nicole Kidman and a brilliant storyline with twists you will never see coming, unless you're watching it for a second time like I was :P

It's been a long time since I've seen it, and believe me I'd tried to look for it on dvd, but I've yet to come close. I don't remember it that well, only that I was shocked to know the truth. It was great. I wish to see it again soon.

Sencillamente excelente! la vi dos veces, la vere nuevamente y no me canso. Es buenísima la forma en que produce escalofríos y suspenso sin escenas horripilantes como es usual hoy en día en las películas de miedo. Nicole kidman es tan polifacética en sus actuaciones, se introduce tanto en su personaje que lo interpreta espectacularmente. Además la trama es hipnotizante, no te permite despegarte, es como un film de suspenso/terror/psicológico.

this movie has one of the best and creepy twists in history. i love these kind of movies and if u add the perfect acting of nicole kidman it makes one of the most suspensful movies in history (along w/the 6th sense)
